Here's what anyone can do to elect DON "The Emissary" SERIBUTRA to the Houston City Council At-Large Position One:
1) register to vote in Harris County (or if anyone is a resident of
the Fort Bend Super Neighborhood #41, register in Fort Bend County)
2) pass the website along to others, or if anyone receives one of my
campaign flyers - tell them about yours truly and get your family and friends
involved - the sweep @ City Hall where multiplying GOP presence is imminent
domain in 2003 should be curtailed.
3) It takes money, regardless of a fat pocket of $5000 to loose change,
to win a successful campaign. The campaign filing fee for city councilmembers
is $500 - my opponent may be raising $250,000 for TV and print ads.
4) anyone can contribute and/or donate to my campaign - for private
individuals, the max donations allowed under state law is $5000.
